Celehar is successful in his quest! The strategic tool can be used to bait and distract the wraiths. When used, the captured lightning will emerge to take a vaguely humanoid shape with the shard as its core. The shape will move and speak on its own, though without much in way of logical direction. If used outside of The Crossing, the wraiths will gather around it in droves, and can be herded or redirected. If used during The Crossing, the wraiths will attack it until they are able to crack the shard at the core, which dispels the illusion.

The shape taken by the lightning gives the impression of an "echo" of someone Celehar has never met. It will talk about the Desert, and may reference landmarks or creatures Celehar has seen, but it cannot be conversed with in a traditional sense.
