MEMORY BANK
The memories that characters lose during the course of the game don't just disappear into the void! They become an important part of game personalization — and may become a part of some other mechanics down the line. 🤫
MEMORY LOSS
For all that characters feel corporeal when they enter the game, much of that feeling comes from the resiliency of their memories — which they will be repeatedly asked to give up, in various forms.
As you submit memories, mods may sometimes reply to give you information on how your character may find the setting responds to them differently, though this will always be at player discretion to play out or not — just think of them as prompts!
To submit a memory, copy the form below and paste it in a reply to your character comment with the subject MEMORY LOSS. You may do this at any time.

MEMORY DETAILS: Going to spoiler this in case people don’t want casual spoiled but…
“You are not my son.”
Oh boy. A bit of speculation here, but this might be one of the last phrases Sunny is told by his dad before the man leaves their family for good. Even in the midst of Sunny’s repressed memories, this phrase - accompanied by the sound of an axe hitting wood - still stuck with him. It more than distresses Sunny, and is one more reason for his guilt over why his father said this and the circumstances splitting their family apart multiplies Sunny’s blame of himself.
(If more explanation is needed for mods, please let me know! Also, if this sort of ‘spoilering’ is too much and it’s fine to just explain details openly, also please let me know ^^; I’m wanting to be considerate, since a lot of Sunny’s stuff will be bigger parts of the game’s plot and lore.
