REWARDS

ICly, rewards are requests made to (and granted by) an NPC. Different NPCs will grant different types of rewards, and mechanics for fulfilling them may differ. See each category below for more information. (Further rewards to be unlocked as the metaplot progresses!)

INVENTORY REWARDS

Inventory rewards are granted by The Ferryman. If your character isn't the type to directly ask for something, feel free to assume the reward was simply left somewhere convenient for them to find.

At this time, The Ferryman WILL NOT fulfill requests for weapons, vehicles, creatures, or sentimental items from a character's past. Think generic: The Ferryman will give you a mirror, but they will not give you specifically your grandmother's heirloom pocket mirror you used to carry with you everywhere. They cannot (at this time) be used as inventory regains.

Outside of those restrictions, characters may ask for whatever they like, from any world they like. (Including tools, consumables, trinkets, etc.) Inventory items granted by The Ferryman (as opposed to ones scavenged from the current setting) are guaranteed to be in good condition and will always persist between Crossings. (Unless they are broken/consumed/used in some way by the character themselves.)

All inventory rewards cost 1 REWARD POINT.

To claim a reward, submit the below form for the character whose points you will be using. To check your balance, reference your comment on the activity page. You may request multiple rewards at a time if you like; copy and paste the form multiple times, or list each reward in a single instance of the form, whichever is easier!

We'll let you know if it needs to be tweaked at all. ## <b>COST</b>: ## The point cost of your reward, so that we can update your banked totals. Some reward types may require an additional IC cost beyond reward points; list those here as well, as applicable. ##

REWARD TYPE: Inventory Request
REWARD DETAILS: 1 waterproof backpack - as Frieda accumulates new belongings, she realises the need for a bag to transport them during Crossings. (As a note for the observant Ferryman, while she lost her sandals to the River's mud, she won't ask for new ones, feeling too down in the dumps for that level of self-care right now.)
COST: 1 Reward Point

A handy lil backpack for Frieda! (The Ferryman won't say anything about Frieda's footwear situation, but they're keeping an eye on her...)

Many thanks, Ferryman (on both counts)! She actually does perk up at the backpack. It really is a futuristic bag one the one Sunny has... and it has flowers and horses!! As a nature enjoyer and leisure rider, she's seriously over the moon (though she keeps her feelings subdued on the outside - she's an adult, after all!). She'll treasure it!
